Yates Personal Retention Lanyard is designed using the first all black quick release shackle made of stainless steel. Stainless steel quick release shackle is manufactured with a non reflective black oxide plating process. Built with Mil-Spec. 5625 Tubular webbing this lanyard tests over 3,400lbf (15kN).
